Disputes relating to bridge construction arise not only on road and rail construction projects but also in their own right. On one project alone we advised on delay and disruption to the construction of nineteen bridges and culverts on a motorway in Europe. On another project, relating specifically to the construction of two bridges, Corbett & Co advised in relation to the design of the bridges where the seismic regulations had changed thereby affecting all aspects of the design. Each case has its own nuances and Corbett & Co has a vast amount of experience in this area of construction.

We have represented clients in arbitration and before Dispute Boards. Our lawyers have dealt with cases in Hong Kong, in Africa and all over Europe, including some of the longest cable-stayed bridges in the world.
