Dominic Helps has joined the Corbett team. We are delighted to announce that Dominic, the leading construction lawyer at Shadbolt & Co, has joined Corbett & Co as a consultant. Dominic is very well known for his advisory, litigation, adjudication and arbitration work and will add strength and depth to this firm’s UK practice. He is also a regular contributor to Building magazine’s legal columns. Corbett & Co is an incorporated firm of English solicitors who work exclusively in the UK and international construction law field.The firm is active all over the world advising clients and others on contract preparation and negotiation, on dispute avoidance, management and resolution including, if unavoidable, ICC or other arbitration or litigation. Lecturing and training on the FIDIC contracts is an important subsidiary activity, organised primarily through Cornerstone Seminars.
